REPENTANCE

The Lord, God, Jesus Christ has divinely ordained that you visit this website and this very page to let you know that He is the ONE, TRUE GOD, WORTHY OF ALL HONOR AND PRAISE!
Whether you're seeking personal truth and encouragement or you're concerned about the life and soul of a family member, neighbor or friend I pray that you visit and share this site as often as the Lord leads you to.

Though we have never met, I appreciate you taking the time to visit.  It is my desire to be a friend and support for you in your time of need, whatever it may be, to be a listening ear, to encourage you to keep going on - keep living - despite any opposition, pain, rejection, or fear you are feeling.
"The greatest gift we can offer each other in this world,
is our LOVE...
fore out of love comes all other things that are
good, honest, and true."

OwRH(2013)
When we truly LOVE, we are willing to give our greatest possessions:
Our Time, Our Worldly Possessions, and even Our Wisdom
.

I humbly request and encourage you to join me, at this very moment, in a Prayer of Repentance.
Repentance is not a onetime act.  We are called to "renew our mind daily," to acknowledge that we are not perfect, that with each new day we are embracing positive change, transitioning, and seeking to grow in faith, wisdom, and Love.  Let's grow together!

Deuteronomy 30:1-3 KNJV
"Now it shall come to pass, when all these things come upon you, the blessing and the curse which I have set before you and you call them to mind among all the nations where the LORD your God drives you, and you return to the LORD your God and obey His voice, according to all that I command you today, you and your children, with all your heart and with all your soul, that the LORD your God will bring you back from captivity, and have compassion on you, and gather you again from al lthe nations where the LORD your God has scattered you.

Joel 2:13-  AMP
"Rip your heart to pieces [in sorrow and contrition] and not your garments."  Now return [in repentance] to the LORD your God, for HE is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger, abounding in lovingkindness [faithful to His confenant with His people]; And He relents [His sentence of] evil [when His people genuinely repent].
A Prayer of Repentance
Psalm 51 is a Psalm written by David after the prophet Nathan went to him, following his ungodly relationship with Bathsheba.  While our (yours and mine) "ungodly" actions may not mirror that of David, we can use his prayer as a model of the humility, honesty and sincerity we are to demonstrate while seeking God's grace, mercy, forgiveness, restoration, and blessings.

Psalm 51 (NKJV)

"Have mercy upon me, O God, According to Your loving kindness;  According to the multitude of Your tender mercies,
Blot out my transgressions.

Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, And cleanse me from my sin.

For I acknowledge my transgressions, And my sin is always before me.  Against You, You only, have I sinned, And done this evil in Your sight--  [ I encourage you to Be honest with God and yourself and  take a moment specify your sin]
That You may be found just when You speak, And blameless when You judge.

Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceived me.  Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts, And in the hidden part You will make me to know wisdom.

Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.  Make me hear joy and gladness, That  the bones You have broken may rejoice.  Hide Your face from my  sins, And blot out all my iniquities.

Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me.  Do not cast me away from Your presence, And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.

Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, And uphold me by Your generous Spirit.  Then I will teach transgressors Your ways, And sinners shall be converted to You.

Deliver me from the guilt of bloodshed, O God, The God of my salvation,  And my tongue shall sing aloud of Your righteousness. O Lord, open my lips, And my mouth shall show forth Your  praise. For You do not desire sacrifice, or else I would give it;

You do not delight in burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and a contrite heart—These, O God, You will not despise.

Do good in Your good pleasure to Zion; Build the walls of Jerusalem. Then You shall be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, With burnt offering and whole burnt offering; Then they shall offer bulls on Your altar."
"For I desire mercy and not sacrifice, And the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings." Hosea 6:6 (NKJV)

Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior?
It requires the very simple, but significant, act of confessing and believing that God himself, entered the earth realm in human form as Jesus Christ, he willingly bore the sins of mankind, endured the torture, punishment  and subsequent death on our behalf, so we may be reinstated as righteous beings in the sight of GOD upon his (Christ's) resurrection.
